Shooting rights available for letting are advertised on a regular basis and let by public competition. Successful lessees are entitled to the exclusive right to shoot and to enter on the designated lands for the purpose of exercising or preserving these rights. They are also entitled to initiate prosecutions against anyone else attempting to usurp the rights.
