Vol. 362 No. 15

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 21 and 13. The Minister for Finance, by agreement, shall be called on to conclude the debate on item No. 21 at 3.55 p.m.

Is the Order of Business agreed?

With a slight reservation. The fact that the Minister for Finance is being called on at 3.55 p.m. means that we will have only three speakers during the morning and afternoon. I hope the Government will co-operate with us so that we will be able to have one more speaker.

That is over the head of the Chair.

It is for the Chair to call on speakers in the appropriate order.

We are only seeking co-operation.

Are the Opposition saying we on this side should not speak in the debate?

The Taoiseach did not take his full hour yesterday.
