asked the Minister for the Environment (1) the domestic rate support grant paid to each county council in 1985 and the estimated payment to each county council in 1986; (2) the amount of supplementary welfare allowances applicable to each county council in 1985 and the amount provided in this respect in the 1985 estimate of expenses of each county council; (3) the amount of domestic rate subsidy adjustment provided in each county council's estimate of expenses in 1985; (4) the amount of the grant in lieu of rates on land paid to each county council in 1985 and the estimated payment to each county council in 1986; (5) in respect of each county council, the percentage which the domestic rate support grant represented of net rates income in 1985; and (6) in respect of each county council, the percentage which the grant in lieu of rates on land represented of net rates income in 1985.
