In addition to employees in respect of whom contributions were payable, the insured persons column above includes persons who had credited contributions only in respect of periods of unemployment or incapacity.
The receipts figures represent moneys paid in respect of social insurance, occupational injuries insurance, redundancy and health contributions. They also include, for years where this is appropriate, youth employment levy, income levy, employment guarantee fund and employers employment contributions.
