asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange for the reissue of a Land Commission consent to subdivide in respect of lands of persons (details supplied) in County Offaly as the subdivision in this case was granted in 1968 and consent is now required without conditions as it is holding up a housing loan granted by Offaly County Council to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.
