My Department is at present reviewing building projects for all three post primary schools in Ballyshannon, now at planning stage, in the context of Paragraph 5.12 of the Programme for Action in Education 1984-1987 which states:
Each building project in course of planning, and all future proposed projects, will be examined in the context of post primary school resources generally in the catchment area to determine the practicability of integration or, alternatively, co-ordination of facilities.
Pending the outcome of this review, I am not in a position to give details on the future plans for the centre.
