As in all such cases, it is a matter for the company itself to decide when to commence operations. I understand from the IDA that it is expected that this will take place in the next three to four months. I also understand from the IDA that the company is at present recruiting a manager for the plant. Once a manager is selected and familiarised with the company's operations the project can proceed.
