Limerick East): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for registration of a transfer of part of property. It was originally lodged in the Land Registry on 8 January 1985 but was rejected on 17 January 1985. It was subsequently relodged and rejected on 17 and 27 February 1985 respectively. It was relodged on 20 March 1985 and rejected on 17 April 1985. It was again relodged on 30 July 1985. Because of the pressure of work in the Land Registry consideration of the application has not yet been completed but is expected to be completed in the near future.
