A Bill to amend the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972, is being drafted at present and will be introduced in the House at the earliest opportunity. The Bill will include provisions designed to facilitate the implementation, by means of a ministerial order, of the relevant recommendations of the Restrictive Practices Commission.
