Kilkenny County Council's small water and sewerage schemes programme for 1986 contained a proposal to carry out a sewerage scheme at Ballyhale. As the overall cost of this proposal exceeded the £50,000 limit which applies to schemes to be carried out under this programme, the council was advised by my Department that this proposal was not appropriate for inclusion in the small schemes programme.
