The person is in receipt of a number of community services, viz. public health nursing, chiropody, home help service and occupational therapy when necessary. I am satisfied that under the present circumstances all the services which can be supplied are available to her. Should this person require any further assistance I have been advised that this can only be provided in a suitable institution.
