Limerick East): Consequent on the making absolute by the High Court of a conditional Order of Mandamus and under the authority of section 6 (1) (a) of the Courthouses (Provision and Maintenance) Act, 1935, I recently directed the Commissioners for Public Works to execute such repairs and to do such other works as may be necessary or proper to put the court accommodation at Farnham Street, Cavan into proper repair or condition.
