asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason no payment has been made for grant-aid under the farm modernisation scheme in respect of buildings, to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary as all the necessary work was completed, the appropriate certificates were sent to his Department and there seems to be no reason why this application should be refused; if payments will be made; and, if so, when.
A grant in respect of farm buildings was paid in this case on 2 September 1985. There is no grant outstanding.
