A compulsory purchase order made by Kilkenny County Council for the acquisition of land for road realignment and the extinguishment of public rights of way in the Glenmore area was received in my Department for confirmation on 10 September 1985 and was the subject of a public local inquiry on 28 November 1985. I am not yet in a position to give my decision on the order but I will do so as soon as possible.
