I understand that existing facilities can cater for a wide range of such functions. From studies carried out by Bord Fáilte it is clear that a specially built centre would not be a viable proposition as the rate of return in commercial terms would be inadequate given the significant capital investment likely to be involved. In these circumstances I have no proposals in this regard.
