The person referred to in the Deputy's question is being taxed on his Defence Forces pension on the instructions of the Office of the Revenue Commissioners. His income tax liability is a matter for the Inspector of Taxes for Public Departments, Hawkins House, Dublin 2, to whom any queries on the matter should be addressed.
