I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that a copy of a folio with field plan attached had been requisitioned in this case. It is regretted that the preparation of the copy folio was delayed due to the fact that the folio was misfiled in the Land Registry and a duplicate had to be obtained. I am informed that the copy folio issued yesterday.
