As the Deputy is aware, I have put certain proposals to the Irish Medical Organisation regarding the use of a site on the Beaumont Hospital complex for the provision of private medical consulting rooms and I am awaiting their response. It is my intention to commission Beaumont Hospital as soon as possible and discussions will shortly be arranged with the unions representing the other staff involved in the transfer of services to Beaumont Hospital.
