No application for grant-aid for the provision of a new national school building for Stokane, County Sligo, is at present under consideration in my Department. My Department's records show that the school has three teachers, but a declining enrolment suggests that the school will ultimately become a two teacher school. The school has three classrooms, of which one is a prefab.
