asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware that in the case of a prisoner (details supplied) in the Central Mental Hospital, Dundrum, none of the three doctors from whom he has received treatment has been asked to supply reports to him on his condition; and if he is therefore satisfied that the recommendation of the Court of Criminal Appeal has been fulfilled.

This prisoner's case has been considered regularly, most recently at a meeting on 6 February 1986 at which the psychiatrist dealing with the case was present. His case is to be considered again at a future meeting. It is, therefore, obvious that due attention is being paid to the views expressed at the Court of Criminal Appeal.
