My Department has approved the placing of a contract for the proposed extension to St. Joseph's Christian Brothers national school, Sunday's Gate, Drogheda, County Louth, and the necessary arrangements are in hands with a view to its being possible to have work commenced at any time after the end of the present month. The contract period is 12 months. The average enrolment at the school for the quarter ended last December was 626 pupils.
It is not the practice to disclose the financial details of individual projects.
