asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the long delay in having a new house grant paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
There has been no undue delay in dealing with this case. The application was received on 3 January 1986 and the grant will be paid within the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange for the early payment of a house reconstruction grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the work has been completed and passed by his inspector.
The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give details of the works which have been approved for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny under the new house improvement grant scheme.
The need for prior inspection was dispensed with in this case in accordance with the Minister's general announcement and a letter issued to the applicant authorising him to proceed with the work in respect of which his application was made, i.e., the erection of an extension and the carrying out of necessary work to the fabric of the house, including the replacement of defective windows and doors.
