I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there are two folios registered under the name and address quoted in the details supplied. There is no application pending in the Land Registry in respect of either folio.
The reference number quoted by the Deputy is not a Land Registry number. If the Deputy will supply further details, such as a folio number or a dealing reference number, further inquiries will be made.
