Vol. 366 No. 5

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 1, 3 and 26. By agreement the Dáil shall sit later than 9 p.m. today and not later than 11.30 p.m. Business shall be interrupted at 11 p.m. Also by agreement, if a division is challenged on the Second Stage of the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 1986, the taking of such division shall be postponed until 4 p.m. on Friday, 16 May 1986. Private Members' Business shall be No. 48.

Are the arrangements for today's business agreed?

On a matter of clarification, we opposed the Environment Estimate. When will that vote be taken?

After Private Members' Business tonight.

The Taoiseach indicated a few weeks ago that he would be introducing legislation affecting licensing hours. In view of the tourist season, will it be introduced in the immediate future or later in the session?

In the near future.

Within a week or two?

I do not want to give an exact date but it will be introduced in good time to get it through in this session for the tourist season.
