The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Deputy Gerard Brady from the Joint Services Committee and has appointed Deputy Pat Cope Gallagher in substitution for him; that it has discharged Deputy John Bruton from the Committee on Procedure and Privileges and has appointed Deputy Fergus O'Brien in substitution for him; and, that it has discharged Deputy Toddy O'Sullivan from the Committee on Public Expenditure and has appointed Deputy Frank Prendergast in substitution for him.
