My Department has not received any application for payment of statutory redundancy in respect of this worker. I have arranged for my Department to write to the person named by the Deputy to advise him on how to claim his entitlements under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 1984. I have also arranged that the Department will deal as a matter of urgency with any claim received.
