Clare County Council's preliminary report for stage 6 of the west Clare regional water supply (extension) scheme, which will improve the water supply in the Loop Head area, was approved by my Department on 17 February 1986 and the council was advised to go ahead with the preparation of contract documents for Phase 1 of the scheme.
