Because of the large number of national school building projects at various stages of architectural planning, it has not been possible as yet for my Department's professional officers to commence the preparation of contract documents for the proposed new national school at Kilmihil, County Clare. I am asking that the work on this stage of the project be expedited as much as possible. I am not in a position, at this stage, to say when building works may commence.
