I wish to refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 10 on Wednesday 5 March 1986 concerning this project. The cost of the building project concerned is not included in the 1986 Book of Estimates — the allocation of finance in respect of a particular building project does not arise until the seeking of tenders is envisaged.
