Limerick East): The complaint in question is the subject of an investigation by the Director of Consumer Affairs, pursuant to his powers under the Consumer Information Act, 1978.
The Director is independent in the exercise of his functions under this Act and it is not the practice for me to comment on matters which are the subject of investigation by him.
When the investigation has been completed, the complainant will be informed of the outcome by the Director's office.
