A sum of £4,950 has been disallowed, in respect of reactor and depopulation grants for 18 animals moved into a restricted herd, and £2,700 in respect of restocking grants is being withheld because of the herdowner's continued non co-operation as far as the disease regulations are concerned. Also, calved heifer grants for 1983 totalling £1,260, which had been incorrectly paid to the person named, were subsequently recovered by set-off against reactor grants.
