The terms of the Government decision have been brought to the attention of the Legal Aid Board, which is the only State-sponsored body that comes under the aegis of my Department. Consultations will be necessary with the board to deal with the implementation of the decision, and with any difficulties which may arise for the board in relation to its terms.
