I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which is at present under consideration in the Land Registry.
There is at present a long delay in processing applications such as this in the Registry partly because there is a backlog awaiting attention and partly because such applications are usually of a complex legal nature often involving extensive correspondence with solicitors. The application in question is the subject of such correspondence and I am informed that it is not possible to say at this stage when, or if, registration will be finalised.
There has been no undue delay in dealing with it.
