asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when an estate (details supplied) in County Carlow which is in the hands of the Land Commission for the past 13 years will be divided; and the reason for the delay in having the estate divided.

Possession of this estate passed to the Land Commission in 1983. Every effort is being made to dispose of it as quickly as possible but having regard to the limited field staff now available for all land settlement work I cannot indicate when this will be done.
