asked the Minister for the Environment the approved non-profit and voluntary organisations which have received capital assistance to date for the provision of rental accommodation under the capital loan and subsidy scheme announced in March 1984; the amounts of capital loan assistance approved and actually paid out in each case to date; the number of dwellings provided; the main categories of persons housed in the approved projects; and the number and total value of applications in hand as at 30 March 1987 but not yet paid.
