I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the following protocol:—
Protocol to the 1979 Geneva Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution on Long-term Financing of the Co-operative programme for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Long-range Transmission of Air Pollutants in Europe (EMEP),
a copy of which has been laid before Dáil Éireann on 17th January, 1986.
