The bills of quantities for this project (approximately capital cost of £1.3 million) have been completed and are generally satisfactory. The next stop is the invitation of tenders. To determine when the project may proceed further, through the issue from my Department of authorisation to seek tenders, this case must be reviewed in the context of the capital resources available.
