I propose to take Questions Nos. 25, 239, 240, 242, 243, 292, 321, 347, 364, 409, 471, 473 and 478 together. Applications for these grants are handled by the relevant local authority up to the stage of certification for payment. The appropriate certificates have not been received in my Department in these cases.
