The land holding in question did not appear on the classification list compiled by the Farm Tax Commissioner for County Waterford and sent to Waterford County Council in September 1986. This was the first and only issue of a farm classification list as the Government have decided that farm tax is to be discontinued. Accordingly, the Commissioner has not determined the adjusted acreage of any further holdings and it is not intended to publish details of any reports made on holdings by the Commissioner's staff.
