asked the Minister for the Environment the amounts by which allocations to the local authorities in County Mayo have been increased by him in comparison with (a) the 1986 allocations, (b) those allocations made on foot of the Estimates published by the previous Government in January last; and in the case of (b) the reasons for such changes.
