The examination of the detailed design proposals (Stage 4) submitted in respect of the project referred to by the Deputy is nearing completion in my Department.
To determine when the project may proceed further, through the issue from my Department of authorisation to have bills of quantities prepared and submitted, this case must be reviewed in the context of the capital resources available. It is not possible at this stage to indicate when the project will be released to tender.
