A proposal recently submitted by Dublin Corporation to carry out improvement works at the location mentioned is at present under examination in my Department. I will convey my decision to the corporation in due course.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will investigate the prolonged delay in sanctioning improvement works (details supplied) as requested by Dublin Corporation; and if he will expedite the matter.
The improvement works requested by Dublin Corporation were approved by my Department on 11 September 1986, subject to certain conditions.
