The preliminary tender report in relation to this project has been examined and found satisfactory by my Department.
To determine when the project may proceed further, through the issue of authorisation to prepare the final tender report, this case must be reviewed in the context of the capital resources available.
It is not possible at this stage to indicate when construction work will begin.
