I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the question relates to an application for registration of title which was lodged in the Land Registry on 4 March 1981. Registration was completed and the relevant solicitors notified accordingly on 23 June 1981.

asked the Minister for Justice the present position regarding the Land Registry application of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the registry wrote to the applicant's solicitors on 3 December 1986 requesting essential information as well as pointing to legal requirements that had to be observed. It will not be possible to proceed with consideration of the application until replies to the queries are received and the legal requirements are satisfied.
