asked the Minister for the Environment the capital allocation for house construction for Dublin Corporation and Dublin County Council for the current year; whether this is adequate in view of the withdrawal of the £5,000 house grant and the pressure that this is likely to create on the housing list; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
