Third level grants or scholarships under the aegis of my Department are not tenable in respect of attendance at courses outside Ireland. Accordingly a grant/scholarship could not be made available to the student in question in respect of her attendance at a course in California.
Apart from the funds provided for the purposes of the grants/scholarship schemes, there are no moneys at the disposal of my Department out of which assistance could be made available.
