asked the Minister for the Environment when the first instalment of a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.
Since the mortgage subsidy was approved it has come to light that the applicant is obtaining separately a subsidy in respect of a low-rise mortgage. In the circumstances the £3,000 mortgage subsidy is not payable.
