My Department's inspector was unable to gain access to the house when he called recently. A further inspection, by appointment with a view to approval of the £2,000 grant, will be carried out within the next few weeks.
Approval to the £2,250 builder's grant will issue when the National House Building Guarantee Company issues the guarantee certificate in respect of the house.
