The grant paid to the applicant related to the provision of sewerage facilities. A grant was not payable by the Department for the provision of a bathroom as this work has been grant aided under the disabled persons scheme. An inspection with a view to payment of the grant approved for works to the fabric of the house will be carried out as soon as possible.
