The information the Deputy has sought can be obtained on payment of the appropriate fee by requesting the Land Registry to make an official search under Rule 190 of the Land Registration Rules, 1972 or by inspecting the relevant Land Registry Map. The Land Registry is precluded by law from suppling such information until the appropriate fee is paid.
